Moroccan Fish 

Moroccan Fish Ingredients :

4-5 salmon Filet

4 fresh bell red peppers

7 garlic cloves minced 

2 bundles of cilantro 

2 can of garbanzo been drained 

1/2 cup olive oil 

2 tablespoons Sweet Paprika 

1/2 tablespoons salt

1/4 teaspoon of turmeric 

1/4 tablespoons cumin

3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon

Moroccan Fish Recipe :

Step 1: Marinate salmon in lemon, olive oil, and garlic oil. 

 Step 2: Saute bell peppers and garlic. Add one bunch of chopped cilantro. Cover and let cook for about 10 minutes. 

Step 3: Add the marinated fish into the pan. Let cook for about 10 minutes. 

Step 4: Add all of the seasonings into a bowl and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly onto the fish. Add a second bunch of cilantro on top and cook for another 10 minutes. 

Step 6: Rinse and dry the garbanzo beans, then add to the pan and let cook for the last ten minutes on low heat. 

Step 7: Serve with couscous or quinoa and enjoy!
